Außenminister Guido Westerwelle will vor der Afghanistan-Konferenz im Januar nicht über eine Aufstockung des Bundeswehr-Kontingents reden. Eine Debatte lediglich über die Zahl der Soldaten sei ?weder zielführend noch angemessen, sagte er auf dem Treffen der Nato-Außenminister.
