Das ArbG Gießen hat entschieden, dass ein Betriebsratsmitglied Anspruch auf Entschädigung gegen den Arbeitgeber hat, wenn Kündigungsgründe fingiert wurden, um das Betriebsratsmitglied loszuwerden.
Als die Beschäftigten des Banking-Start-Ups N26 beschlossen einen Betriebsrat zu gründen, ging die Unternehmensführung aggressiv dagegen vor. Aller Versuche zum Trotz wird die Betriebsratswahl dennoch stattfinden. Aber wie geht es weiter?

Datengetriebene Optimierung am Arbeitsplatz gehört zukünftig zum Alltag vieler Beschäftigten. Ein Arbeitspapier des BMAS und der IG Metall spricht sich jetzt für gesetzliche Mitbestimmung und Transparenzansätze aus, um Risiken der Technologien vorzubeugen.
