Keine Wissenschafts- und Bildungsfreiheit. Selbstreferenzielle, weltfremde Urteile der Gerichte zu § 52a UrhG. Blockade der Politik, sich an ein zeitgemäßes Urheberrecht zu machen. Unabhängigkeit der AutorInnen von den Verlagen und Open Access sind angesagt, ebenso Aufstand der Studierenden und Lehrenden.
Seitdem wir heute Morgen über den Schultrojaner berichtet haben, der genau genommen kein richtiger Trojaner ist, sondern eine Schnüffelsoftware für unheimliche Onlinedurchsuchungen von Schulrechnern (Was nicht ganz so griffig klingt), gibt es zwar hunderte Verlinkungen von Twitter, Blogs, Facebook und Google+, aber so gut wie keine Berichterstattung in klassischen Medien.
Unsere 16 Bundesländer haben mit Rechteinhabern (Schulbuchverlage und Verwertungsgesellschaften) einen „Gesamtvertrag zur Einräumung und Vergütung von Ansprüchen nach § 53 UrhG” (PDF) (auf deutsch: einen Rahmenvertrag für die Verwendung urheberrechtlich geschützer Werke in Schulen) getroffen.
