Ceta-Gegner sind überzeugt: Die Bundesregierung hat Auflagen des Bundesverfassungsgerichts nicht richtig umgesetzt. Sie reichen in Karlsruhe einen weiteren Eilantrag gegen das Handelsabkommen ein. Der Vertrag soll heute in Brüssel unterzeichnet werden.
Heute startet die Kampagne „Do the CETA Check!” („Mach den CETA-Check”). Sie wird es Bürgern aus ganz Europa ermöglichen, Europaabgeordnete (MdEPs) zu kontaktieren und ihnen Fragen über das geplante Freihandelsabkommen zwischen der EU und Kanda (CETA) zu stellen.
Die Organisationen Mehr Demokratie, Campact und foodwatch haben diese Woche Montag angekündigt, gegen das CETA-Handelsabkommen eine Verfassungsbeschwerde einreichen zu wollen. Es soll die größte Bürgerklage in der Geschichte der Bundesrepublik werden! Wenn es gelingt, CETA zu verhindern, dann könnte dies zugleich das Scheitern von TTIP bedeuten.
Das geplante Freihandelsabkommen zwischen der EU und Kanada (Ceta) höhle demokratische Rechte aus, kritisieren mehrere Nichtregierungsorganisationen. Sie wollen eine Verfassungsbeschwerde gegen Ceta einreichen.
Eine Studie (Prof. Nettesheim, für Studie siehe unter Publikationen) zeigt seit Monaten, wie Ceta die Daseinsvorsorge der Länder beschneidet. Kretschmanns Regierung wollte das geheimhalten.
