Kid is a simple Pythonic template language for XML based vocabularies. It was spawned as a result of a kinky love triangle between XSLT, TAL, and PHP. We believe many of the best features of these languages live on in Kid with much of the limitations and
they began their experiment by constructing a pair of new bases, dubbed S and Y. These combine in the same way as A and T or G and C, so they can fit into DNA molecules without disrupting them.
