Nun steht die nächste Nagelprobe ins Haus: Das ACTA-Abkommen geht in die entscheidende Phase und das Netz läuft erneut Sturm. Für den 11. Februar sind hunderte Demonstrationen geplant.
Die Europäische Union wird das umstrittene Anti-Piraterie-Abkommen bei der feierlichen Unterzeichnung am Samstag in Tokio noch nicht ratifizieren. Noch hat der Rat kein grünes Licht gegeben, und auch das Parlament muss noch zustimmen.

Aus Brüssel können wir in den kommenden Monaten – neben der Unterzeichnung des Anti-Piraterie-Abkommens ACTA – ein Gesamtpaket zum geistigen Eigentum erwarten.
