WordNet® is a large lexical database of English. Nouns, verbs, adjectives and adverbs are grouped into sets of cognitive synonyms (synsets), each expressing a distinct concept.
Programming Tips and Tricks. Articles, Tutorials, Tips and Tricks for C#, C++, .Net, and general programming topics. Word Stemming in Java with WordNet and JWNL
SentiWordNet is a lexical resource for opinion mining. SentiWordNet assigns to each synset of WordNet three sentiment scores: positivity, negativity, objectivity
UKB is a collection of programs for performing graph-based Word Sense Disambiguation and lexical similarity/relatedness using a pre-existing knowledge base.
S-Match is an open source Java framework for semantic matching. It contains semantic matching, minimal semantic matching and structure preserving semantic matching algorithm implementations.
A Java implementation of WordNet::Similarity - a Perl coded package that allows one to measure, in various ways, the similarity between word senses using the structure of WordNet.
ConceptNet represents data in the form of a semantic network, and makes it available to be used in natural language processing and intelligent user interfaces.
Write it Right, Write it Better (WiR WiB) is a writing aid, an extension for OpenOffice.org. It is a plugin for WordNet® that provides online help by suggesting better options for a typed word and correct usage with examples. The extension works for both English as well as Hindi WordNet® and prompts synonym options to the user based on her locale settings. The purpose of this tool is to assist the users in writing impressively. It does not promote incomprehensible writing by using fancy words. The authors of the extension fully support simple writing styles and only want to encourage vocabulary enhancement by making this tool.
Common sense - been through lots of iterations. Frame sentences, prompted sentences, questions asked, random sentences. Sentences/propositions recently given scores and normalised to single natural language representation; now one can vote on them.
WordNet is a large lexical database of English, developed under the direction of George A. Miller. Nouns, verbs, adjectives and adverbs are grouped into sets of cognitive synonyms (synsets), each expressing a distinct concept.
