Berlin (dpa) - Die Bundestagsfraktionen haben teils hitzig um die Deutungshoheit beim Karlsruher Ceta-Urteil gerungen. Abgeordnete der Opposition hielten der schwarz-roten Regierung in einer Aktuellen Stunde unter anderem "Arroganz der Macht" vor.

Die enteigneten Yukos-Investoren haben zum ersten Mal die Pfändung von russischem Staatseigentum eingeleitet. Dem Chef des Klägerkonsortiums zufolge weigert sich Russland bisher, die von einem niederländischen Schiedsgericht verhängte Rekord-Entschädigung von 50 Milliarden Dollar an die Geschädigten auszuzahlen.
Private Schiedsgerichte hält Österreichs Bundeskanzler Werner Faymann für gefährlich. Er kritisiert das TTIP-Abkommen mit den USA im Interview scharf. Auch den bereits ausgehandelten Freihandelsvertrag mit Kanada stellt er in Frage.
Bundeswirtschaftsminister Gabriel schlägt im Streit um das Freihandelsabkommen TTIP die Gründung eines europäisch-amerikanischen Handelsgerichtshofs vor. Ein entsprechender Vertragsentwurf liegt der SZ vor. Bislang sind für Streitigkeiten zwischen Konzernen und Staaten im Rahmen des TTIP-Abkommens ad-hoc-Schiedsstellen vorgesehen. Die Streitschlichtung durch Schiedsstellen gehört zu den umstrittensten Punkten des geplanten Freihandelsabkommens. Nicht alle EU-Staaten teilen die Skepsis gegen die Schiedsstellen. Es gibt aber Anzeichen, dass sich auch die EU-Kommission für die Schaffung eines ständigen Gerichts einsetzen könnte.
TTIP und TPP: Präsident Barack Obama möchte zwei Freihandelsabkommen abschließen. Es ist fraglich, ob das noch in seiner Amtszeit klappt. Bei solchen Abkommen könnte der US-Kongress jede einzelne Vorschrift ablehnen. In einem Deal mit Obama verzichtet der Kongress darauf, bekommt dafür aber eine Art Bedenkzeit.
