Ihre Namen sind ungewöhnlich und ihre Botschaften stammen aus dem prallen Wissenschaftsleben. Wer im Internet nach „Einsteins Kosmos“, „Skeptic as hell“ oder „Zwerge auf den Schultern von Riesen“ sucht, ist schnell mittendrin in der Welt der wissenschaflichen Blogs. Das Berliner Unternehmen erwirkte am Landgericht Hamburg eine Einstweilige Verfügung gegen BörseVZ, bestätigte dessen Betreiber Ralf Müller gegenüber heise online. Damit ist dem Anlegerportal zunächst untersagt, die Marke "BörseVZ" im geschäftlichen Verkehr zu nutzen. Das Angebot ist kurzfristig unter dem Namen B-VZ auf eine neue Domain umgezogen.
